These are fully licensed and were made sometime back in the  1990's.

Size is approximately a giant 23" by 72".
The design is silk screened on black taffeta.
Quantities are very limited.  These are very rare and have been out of print for many years.
These were purchased from a distributor of licensed rock and roll products after they closed up.
