Neway Gizmatic Valve Refacer | Hand Operated Tool for Refacing Engine Valves
In simple terms this is the reverse tooling and operation of the popular Neway Valve Seat Cutters for refacing the valves.
Uses a crank style lever which turns the carbide blades against the stationary valve face.
This method provides the operator with enough leverage to cut the valve effortlessly, while using the second lever to control the feed rate of the blades.
Soft jawed V-blocks hold the valve stem securely while the cone cutter (either 45° or 30°) automatically centers on the valve face.
This tool offers an economical hand operated method for valve refacing.
Gizmatic valve size capacity:
Head diameter 5/8" out to 2.00"
Stem diameters 3.8mm (.149") to 9.52mm (3/8")
