    Description

    AT AUCTION
    is an angel, a nail, and a box, all three hand-forged from iron by renowned Mexican artist Jan Barboglio. I believe the idea is that you nail this angel to your door to bless your house, if you are predisposed to nailing things to your door.
    The box measures 2 inches by 3 inches by 3 ¾  inches and weighs 10.8 ounces. The angel measures 3 inches overall with a wingspan of 2 inches and weighs a hefty 6 ounces. The box bears the Jan Barboglio “sello”  on the interior and exterior. There is some slight wear, shelf scratches, on the bottom that could be buffed out, if you had nothing better to do with your time. This beautiful box is solid and will last another thousand years, anyway. The angel will last forever.
