Here we have an AIR Pump Disable Decal which is sometimes called an AIR Pump Delete Decal as well. It is a Genuine GM Part #12569123 that is made for a 1995-1996 Impala SS and it should also fit a 1995-1996 Caprice (including the Caprice SS) plus more vehicles as listed below. It was used under the GM Technical Service Bulletin #01-06-04-011
which called for the dealership to disable the air pump on these vehicles and stay emission compliant. It may be time to replace your missing or damaged one while it is still available from us. It is only a matter of time before this part becomes Obsolete like so many other Caprice and Impala SS parts already have.
