Handsome Antique Brass Reticulated Galleried Stand with Floral Swags Top Quality

Description

Superb quality brass stand with a retculated gallery decorated with neo-classical floral swags. Made in France in about 1850 it demonstrates the fine quality of the craftsmanship among the top Parisian artisans at the end of the Louis-Philippe period and the beginning of the Napoleon III era.
Needs a good polish after which it will be glorious.
Diameter is 12½ inches while it is 15 inches across the handles. Height is 5 inches.
