Rare Early Antique Sink / Spittoon........?
Can't Find Another One Like It!  There are no markings!
Much to my delight, I found this fabulous & unusual plumbing treasure tucked away in a very old building!
This is one of those super rare pieces that is a collector's dream.
Possibly an Antique Water Heater/Closet.....Early Beautician Sink.....Dental Spittoon....Doctor's Office?
This piece has a swivel porcelain bowl with heating elements inside the bowl.  The porcelain is not chipped or cracked.  It is in good / solid condition.
The porcelain bowl stands up straight on the base but can swivel 90 degrees upright for the bowl to lay flat as well. At present, it does not lock into place when the bowl is lifted to the flat position but one can assume that it would have originally locked into position to heat the water in the bowl.
This piece is solid and has a substantial weight to it, however the aged metal on this piece has some rust which has light flaking when moved, but it is still very stable and swivels freely.
Measurements Overall Are:  17" Tall x 10 1/2" Wide x 9" Deep.
The Porcelain Sink measures:  9 1/4" Wide x 10" Long x 2 1/2" Deep
