For sale is a Antique 1930's French Rigidex Iron Locking 150-Bottle Wine Cage. It is also known as a Wine Rack. Wine Safe. Wine Jail and wine locker if your searching for comparable listings.
The Cage is made from Steel and has a Pair of Doors at the Front which can be locked with a Padlock. It appears there are no repairs or damage needing repair.
The capacity of the cage is 150 bottles. Based on my research these amazing wine cages were made in France for commercial use and date from the 1930's. The design and construction is industrial and rugged. It would look stunning in a home, wine cellar, restaurant, bar or winery tastings room. It is deigned to mount on a wall for stability. It is 22" deep, 64 1/2" tall and 40" wide.
