    Description

    1-3/4" Affordable Bender
    New Frame style allows for up to 110 degree bends by simply bending a 90 degree bend and then feeding the tube through and bending up to an additional 20 degrees
    FOR RACE CAR FABRICATION
    1-3/4" DIE SET ON 7" Radius included
    This is a fully hydraulic tubing bender.  Uses an 8 ton hydraulic bottle jack.
    Bender is portable.  10"x10"x30" in size.  Does not have to be mounted to any surface to operate.
    Bends up to 90 degrees.
    Bends up to .134 Wall Mild Steel Tubing(works best on .095 and .120 wall) and up to .095 Wall DOM or Chromoly.
    Recommended for tubing no less than .095 wall.
    Smooth bends without kinking.
    Cast Aluminum Die(lasts forever if you keep the die shoe lubed with multipurpose grease after each bend.)
    Strong Frame and 1" CNC Machined shafts ensure longevity.
    Other die sets available 1" on 5" radius(Round Tube), 1-1/4" on 5" radius(Round Tube), 1-1/2" on 7" radius(Round Tube), 1-5/8" on 7" radius(Round Tube), 1-3/4" on 7" radius(Round Tube), 1" on 5" radius(Square Tube-bends .060 to .120wall tube).  All of these die sets are interchangeable on the same frame.
